We believe that we are well equipped to realise key objectives and to meet whatever challenges the future may bring. We use both objective and subjective criteria to measure our ability to create value. From an external point of view, we consider the value propositions that will drive the share price of ArcelorMittal South Africa over time. From an internal point of view, we assess and analyse our business fundamentals, which include: strategy, operational effectiveness and the quality of our human resources assets. As a results of these processes, the board of ArcelorMittal South Africa has developed and approved the following strategic goals:
