ArcelorMittal Grievance Procedure

The ArcelorMittal Group has developed a Grievance Procedure to provide internal and external stakeholders with an accessible and predictable process for reporting and investigating non-forensic complaints, covering amongst others, the environment and climate; health and safety; human rights, affected communities and labour rights.

The Grievance Procedure is to be read and implemented in conjunction with other ArcelorMittal policies such as the Whistleblower Policy, Code of Business Conduct, and Human Rights Policy, whose principles are fully supported therein.

All whistleblowing complaints and subsequent investigations and reports will be treated with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with applicable law.

To submit non-forensics complaints the channels outlined below are available for use by, and accessible to, both internal and external stakeholders of ArcelorMittal.
