WEBSITE USER AGREEMENT

Introduction

The terms and conditions set out in herein shall regulate access to, use or browsing of, and registration on, the website accessible though the URL www.arcelormittalsa.com (Website) and any applications, software and services available via the Website, and constitute an agreement between ArcelorMittal South Africa Limited, registration number: 1989/002164/06, its subsidiaries and any person using or browsing the Website (User Agreement).

In this User Agreement any reference to “ArcelorMittal”, “we”, “us” or “our” shall mean ArcelorMittal South Africa Limited and its subsidiaries and “data subject” “user” “you” or “your” refers to the person accessing, using or browsing, or otherwise interacting with the Website in an individual or representative capacity.

We operate the Website to provide online access to information about ArcelorMittal, including but not limited to policies, management, operations, products, as well as financial, shareholder, procurement, and career information.

In this User Agreement, we set out, amongst others, the terms and conditions in terms of which we may obtain, use, and/or disclose your personal information, in accordance with the data protection/privacy laws.

You are therefore requested to carefully read the terms and conditions set out in this User Agreement before proceeding to use or browse the Website. If there is anything in the terms and conditions that you do not understand, you must ask us to explain it to you before you accept or continue using the Website.
